Use single dedicated web server and installation controllers are normally only addressed via Rest interface.
Web server has the same image and may have scary actions (which would trigger scary actions of installations) - as if a scary hosts config file only contains himself, but the main web server as them all.
No discovery for scary hosts, they just use the list from config.py
Don't use names of hosts but fixed IP addresses. Host names are still used to configure acions. IP addresses can be part of the host array in config.py.
Execute discovery during boot instead of at first web call to reduce waiting time.

Web server shows for each host if it's scaring so that we better know what's going
Each host can be "reset" as if the pumpkin application was just freshly started.
If the call to a remote host restuns an error this should be shown to the user and not trigger a local exception .
